Weaker Category - most entries do not tell a narrative. Even the first winner would
have been lower in a stronger months. There were however several photos that would
have been excellent contenders for feature photo if submitted that way. All of the
photos are good and captivating but non of them have a narrative arc. If I didn't read
the cutline I wouldn’t have known what was going on with the stories so we only
awarded first place and nothing else.
