Another weak category with not a lot of entries. First place was a clear winner for us. The photo showed a lot of emotion and the caption was very detailed. Second place was a group of photos from a house fire. Third place was a photo from a truck accident. As a side note there was an entry that had multiple photos. We liked one photo, but the others dragged it down. If the strongest image was entered by itself it would have placed.
