We felt all of these could use a bit more editing to remove some redundant images. The mustang story felt the most complete with some very strong single images. It seems a lot of trust was developed with the subject and with a tighter edit this is quite strong. 2nd place was a great look at the loss of an officer in a community and the fact that the photographer had images of him before his tragic death elevated this piece. Third place is a nice set of images with some great access, but we would have liked to see more inside the lives of the team away from the football environment.
