Judges Comments

A lot of the entries were solid daily photographs, but not very many of them rose to the top as clip winners. First place was unanimous. We felt that the photographer did a good job of capturing a fleeting but funny moment of the over flowing golf cart. A quirky moment that sums up feature photography well. Second place was nicely composed. The facial expressions helped tie the photo together to tell a complete story. Third place caused a little bit of an argument because we were sick of photos of people taking photos of things. However, we ultimately decided that it was nicely composed and the photographer did a good job of seeing the situation and tying all of the visual elements together, regardless of what the person was doing.
