Judges Comments

There were two photos of Dr. Beecham in this category, one lit very nicely and the winner that did not have the cool lighting but had a more natural feel to it and seemed to show his personality more. His dogs in the background gave it that extra element to make it a winner. 2nd place was just a good idea well executed. It did not seem to have anything to do with the story behind the lady, but hey it was a cool photo. 3rd place photo of the boxer is just a tight portrait. We thought it would have worked better with a wider view.
