Judges Comments

First Place: Great composition, good balancing of light and dark. Great job with the low angle. Second Place: Great job capturing emotion, great job telling the full story in just a few frames. It would have been nice to see the family together in the same frame. Third Place: Good detail, good job working in low light. Judges would have liked to see more portraiture and the set could use more emotion. Alternate: Good sense of a story, judges would have liked to see the photographer follow a single family instead of multiple.
