Judges Comments
1st: Easy choice for the winner, first shot in the gallery works very well with the tilt. Photojournalist did a great job finding the moments and getting names. 2nd: Like her expression and good angle. 3rd: A lot of engaging moments, great job finding them in the community. Would've placed higher if the photo packaged was slimmed down, we felt the great moments were overshadowed by unnecessary photos.
