Lighting the subjects and balancing all those different layers of Christmas lights and decor brought first place to the top right away. Beautiful light in the second place image showcases the environment of the subject nicely. Third place is wonderfully lit and we like the simplicity of the background-which we guess is just a gym wall, maybe even between the bleachers- regardless of where it is it works really nicely for the subject and light.
