First place got past some of us but one judge pointed out that it was a reflection and after reading the caption we were sold. Really creative solution to a very static job.
Second was good strong emotion from the protest. Lots of protest pictures and this one stood out.
Third catches your eye and you have to read the caption. I probably would take the targets down first before I moved anything else.
