The T-ball story on developmentally disabled kids rose to the top with it's nice moments. The last frame of the college players who volunteered with them really doesn't fit though. Second place goes to the flower story, creative compostion in these, but crops could have been better. In a stronger category, this wouldn't have placed. It's a picture story, so give us a good detail shot! That was lacking and would have been easy to do with a nice macro shot of a flower. No award given for third place.
