1st. The boat crash heard around the world. Strong images, photographer worked the scene extremely well. As always, a tighter edit would have been preferred.
2nd. Strong spot news event. Here in Idaho, we don't see images like this often.
3rd. 4th image in the sequence would have moved the placing up according to one judge. Could have used a tighter edit, but really nice work on covering a tragic scene.
