Almost every entry in this category would have benefited heavily from a simple crop which really frustrated the judges.
First place really jumped out, way to find a different angle and the colors really made it work. While it's not peak action it's a better moment that really shows faces, the peak action from this angle would have been the backs of guys heads.
Second was the right place at the right time and we thought the line of site with the players to the puck really elevated the frame.
Third was a different angle we enjoyed.
Alternate was a decent frame but the action got completely lost in the frame, we would have cropped to a tight vertical on the action.
