Judges Comments

There were a lot of photos that were submitted that should have been in the features category and would have won. A lot of multiple image submissions had far too many images submitted that needed to be paired down to one. The images we selected were some of the few that actually fit the general news category. First place is a good moment and has some nice elements that contribute to the context. The second is a nice moment, but a difficult setting to work in. The third places the issues of the context within a wide show and took advantage of the nice light.
