The entry we gave the first place award to had what's needed to
make a good photo story. There was access and coverage of key
times to the story and creative ways to tell the story. Other entries
seemed to have duplicate images but each photograph of the couple
adopting a child helped to uniquely add something to the story.
In second place, an ordination, included beautiful lighting and showed
some informality in a very formal situation.
And we gave third place to a dance performance dedicated to a
teammate who had passed away. We liked that the photographer was
able to blend in with the girls and be unnoticed.
