Difficult situation but photographer did a nice job in capturing in low lighting with fast moving subjects. It was difficult to figure out what was going on, it appears something is in front of the photographer's lens like a piece of plastic or in a water-protection obscuring a clean shot. Not enough qualified entries to award 2nd place.
