There were very few entries in this category. Both winners did a very thorough, thoughtful job telling their stories and we could tell how hard they worked. First place was a really well-rounded view of the mass shooting tragedy. Second was a difficult subject matter to show visually but we thought the photographer did a great job by showing the impact on community members.
