This was a category with not a large amount of submissions and the winner rose to the top out of what was received. First place was chosen for the diversity in images, each of which captured some nice moments. We felt a narrative arc was not necessarily present in the arrangement of images and a lack of summary in the title slide's cutline could have been a good place for more context. The cutlines of each image also needs a significant amount of extra information for a photo story. Our second place choice was a solid set but could have benefited from a larger variety of images, it felt very lean. The story did not have any sense-of-place or a larger context of what the story was about – outside of the cutlines. In critique of the cutlines, we felt they detracted from the few photos available and the information in them could have been spread out between more photos.
