The beautiful back light, composition and timing made this dove release picture rise to the top. We loved the framing and the look on his face as President Biden posed for selfies with military personnel at an 9/11 event which was probably mostly somber. Nice moment as a military man was reunited with his dog. He looks like army, but the caption should have had more detailed info so we know which service branch he was in. Not sure why these were entered as multiple, that didn't work. Again, there were drone pictures entered that just didn't have any other merit other than they were aerials. Disclaimer, both judges are FAA-licensed drone pilots!
