Is it a feature? Is it general news? The age old questions haunts these two categories over and over. First was a very nicely composed and seen moment from a planned event coverage ... it's feature-y, sure, but still the best of the entries. Second was a storytelling moment with nice light and emotion from a pretty mundane assignment. Third was a nicely composed moment from a very feature-y news-y event.
