First Place. The candlelight memorial was great storytelling with nice emotion. The overhead shot adds a lot of information. We like the backlit podium picture. Second Place is a great, graphic, eye-grabbing image that tells the story of flooding. Third Place is a great way to tell a complicated story or idea in a single image. The caption was great too “lighting up in front of the seat of government.” It looks like the greatest moment of this person’s life.
