Judges Comments

This was a strong category. Some of the multiple picture entries would have benefited from possibly being in the photo story category and also having more detailed caption info/quotes. We thought also that some of them could have had better editing or possibly just been a single image. First place was excellent seeing and captured the mood of the event well. We also liked the detailed caption, which clearly showed the photographer took their time. Second place had a great composition in a scene that could otherwise make for a cluttered photo. The mood and overall nature of the event was clear and this photo could have been easily missed. Third place, we felt this photo series did a good job of covering the event and placing us with the eclectic attendees. There could have been a bit more visual variety along with more detailed captions
