First place is a great story-telling image that is beautifully composed with amazing light. Drug use can be a tough story to illustrate but to get such a “pretty” image with the subject matter is just a great job by the photographer. Second place is a great lighthearted capture of a tired cadet in a crowd. Kudos to the photographer for tracking him down and getting his name for a complete cutline. Third place is a cute a funny moment captured by photographer who was ready on the shutter for that lick and resulting expression.
