2nd Place: What a great shot. Love that you nailed it with a fairly shallow depth of field. It would be interesting to see this shot just slightly wider but great job!
3rd Place: Really nice framing and composition. The juxtaposition of the rooster in the background and the player is well crafted.
NOTE: Notes: Initially SPAC_5738648892_Rodeo_03 really stood out to us as the clear winner but it was part of a series and the rest of the series disqualified it from winning. Sometimes when you have the really fabulous photo it's better to just take a chance and submit one strong photo rather than a series that isn't as strong. It's a beautiful photo. (it would be great to give some part of this feedback to the photographer)
