First place was an excellent photo. The people watching the the background with all the different emotions on their faces made this a clear winner. Second place was of a flooded city after a hurricane. There were two similar photos from this, but we liked the wide angle one better, showing more of the flooded town. Third place was of firefighters responding to a downed tree causing a gas leak. Good job with the details in the caption.
