Challenged in this category by a fair number of multiple image entries that in our opinion were compromised by lesser photos at times. While the judges were drawn to certain individual frames within the submissions, we ultimately awarded the entries that best illustrated the category in concise and telling ways. First place entry of the Black horseman was a nice set of images illustrating a unique, interesting story idea. Second place capture of the pageant winner was a clean, telling read of lighthearted moment that captured emotion well. Third place winner of the Ukraine rally offered a strong lede image and a pair of supplementary secondary photos.
