First place, The story of editor Graham Williams and his weekly Union County News newspaper was a complete story about their struggles in a shrinking industry. A wonderful variety of well composed images miseducating with some moments made for a complete story. Second and third were edited and/or executed too little or too much. The quilting story needed only half the photos and the Afghan story needed a few more to tell a more complete story.
