The majority the photos are stereotypical newspaper feature photos.
They good and solid but nothing that really goes beyond. First place was different from
the others that were submitted. It's conveys a certain emotion of cold and grey but
with a green cap on the swimmer that pops. Second place captures a peak moment
with the people and the bird flying away. It was shot wide open and separates the
subject in the middle from the others. A little heavy in the toning though. 3rd Place -
Lightening photos are tough to all off. Its a cool photos but the foreground doesn't do
anything spectacular. But I”d still be mighty proud of it if I took it.
