Usually people make an image more compelling. But the winner is one of those images that the longer you look at it the more you and wonder "how?" There was a lot of entries showing a lot of damage from the tornado. But the 2nd place winner stood out because a subject was prominent with damage surrounding her. Third place though shot from captured a nice moment.
