Judges Comments

Much like the action category, lots of near-misses and mundane photos that, while worthy of general publication, do not merit further recognition. The Navy players celebrating a touchdown had nice faces, good background context that was not busy/distracting. The NBA confrontation photo needed a tighter crop, the ball in the background was unneeded and did not add a storytelling aspect, but the faces were nice. The NFL celebration photo had some interesting body language, both in the winners and the dejected players walking away. Made for nice layering.
