Judges Comments

First Place: There are a lot of nice images that tell an emotional story. It looks like the photographer earned the trust and was granted access to spend time with the families. We thought it ended with the most powerful image. Second Place: We can tell the photographer spent a lot of time with this family and followed them to multiple locations. There is a nice selection and variety of photos to tell the story of this family. Third Place: We like the nice available light in most of the photos. It could have used a tighter edit.
