Judges Comments

1) Not only does Miss Jackson's personality shine through in this image, the photographer was correct to turn her toward the light source. And good work using a shallow depth of field to turn what could have been annoying ceiling lights into an interesting pattern leading us directly to the subject. 2) The kid has spunk, and, again, is turned toward the light source. Great body language. Could have benefitted from cropping tighter from the bottom getting rid of the doorways. 3) Judges desperately wanted Mr. Williams facing that beautiful streaming light.
