First, the photographer did good in getting to the scene and capturing a clean image with firefighters and some flames still going. Second is a well composed with human element but could use more context, either visually or in the caption, about what exactly is happening/what the damage is. Third has good moments in it but should have been either a single photo or a much tighter edit.
