Some very strong entries in this category. We went back and forth about first and second. In the end, we loved the perspective on the citizenship parade photo and how the photographer filled the frame. Second place told the story of the sentencing well but could have been edited better with fewer photos. Third place was a harrowing moment and an interesting choice for General News. Might have finished first in the feature category.
