So. Much. Wrestling. Our first place winner had the best struggle face that showed his effort and got a chuckle. Many wrestling images in this category had poor lighting and/or interesting body configurations but no emotions. Second place was fun(ny) rebound action. This photo could use a generous crop but we enjoying counting the number of hands on the ball and elbows in the frame. It seems like there's too many limbs for the number of people and the eye travels around that struggle to mentally untangle the limbs. Third place was some emotion and struggle from a pro player during a fourth quarter touchdown run. The spot of blood on his elbow is another element that put this image above some others in terms of storytelling.
