There is a picture in this category that would have probably placed in the feature single category. I don’t want to single it out, but the moon is not a portrait.
1st Place: A very interesting and creative environmental portait. A fascinating way to make an abstract portrait that was purely literal. Beautiful colors and lines. It relaxes my eyes. I enjoy looing at it. We hope it got the print play it deserved.
2nd Place: Food. We all know how hard it is to make a nice picture of food. And this one does it beautifully. Great, even light with gorgeous colors and textures. And it pops out in a catgory that gets lost in pictures that have no other category to live in.
3rd: A nice, well lit and informative portrait..
