First place was a strong series from a tornado. The photographer put the time in an effort to capture the mood of the event a day after the damage. Well done. Second place was a beautifully done pictorial image of a breaking news scene. Third place was a great example of luck and skill. Photographer did a great job seeing the sign and composing an image with all the obstacles of covering a breaking news story.
