The first-place essay was an easy pick for us. It was a really great collection of images that illustrated so well the comparison and contrast of life before and after the pandemic. Well done. The second place was perfect in many ways. A great way to illustrate the emptiness of a place during the pandemic. Third place was also a well-done story that would have done better with less repetitive images and a tighter edit. Overall a great caterory with strong work.
