Every image of the first place story did a great job of adding to the first spot news event with a wide array of different situations that were all captured wonderfully and each frame seemed pertinent to the telling of the story . Second place also had a great set of strong images that put a human element front and center for a city ordinance story. Third place is full of strong images and a great array of colors and emotions- we just would have liked a tighter edit.
