Judges Comments

1st. The frame has a great balance to it with the subjects layered across the different levels of the staircase. A name of the officer would have been nice but overall very well done. 2nd. Not many people get to see the destructive path of a tornado. The photographer did a great job of showing that. 3rd. Loved the framing of the plane with the trees. We don't often seen fire retardant shots where the plane is travelling directly towards the photographer, but the image could have used more contrast.
