First place was a unique way of showing empty spaces, and the attention to detail in the cutlines with the times of the day brought to the next level. Second place had a strong opening image, but lacked some depth and visual variety, which could have been because of COVID. The third place entry could have risen above the rest with more “between-the-meeting” photo, things that go beyond the meetings. Getting a glimpse of a Governor dealing with COVID is impressive.
