This category was kind of all over the place. We like to see photographers that do more than just react and push the button. The winners here did that. 1 - We loved the composition and exposure. All the elements tell the story. Great work. Great vision. 2 - Not a lot of information for the viewer but so clean. 3 - The cutline didn't tell us if the guy in the background was the driver who was being tested by the police, so we wanted a little more from this.
