Good work getting in tight and bringing us right up close to the jubilation and dejection all round in this category. First is a meaningful photo, it gave us the sadness of a loss with good composition and the caption cemented its place adding context that it will be the schools last game. Good work photographing a loss in the locker room which is harder than a photographing a team when they win. The players obviously have trust in the photographer. Second is great in your face celebration with lots of faces. The photographer kept the background clean and put the focus on what counts. For third we had wanted to go with the hug shot of what appears to be a mom with the great facial expression, but a lack of the name made us go with the coach in the pile instead. Still has some great faces and the photographer did a good job getting in there to make sense of rushing the stadium havoc.
