First place image shows a great moment and it's very clear what's going on. The expression on the girl's face also tells the whole story. Second place image is well composed and tells the story. We liked the third place entry visually, however it was a little repetitive and the captions never explained -why- the town organized this parade. May have placed better with more general caption info.
