First place flag photo was the best of a somewhat weaker category here. We felt a crop from the top to remove the sky would have helped because your audience's eye is drawn to bright, sharp and colorful elements in images, so removing that distracting bright section would direct your audience's eyes to the subject. Would have liked better caption info as well. Second place from the flood was nicely positioned in terms of showing scale and sense of size of the flood with the small figure. No third place award given.
