Harsh light, cluttered backgrounds and bad captions brought many images down. 1st place: This a nice layered image of two football teams before a game. 2nd place: A fun soccer goal reaction in which the player’s expression and body language stands out from other sports celebration photos. 3rd place: Popped out immediately as a unique image but the caption was so poor we couldn’t place it higher.
