This category had some very strong content. It's nice to see that some people are still covering spot news. 1st -Some incredible powerful photos here! However, why so many versions of nearly the same thing. A tighter package would have been much stronger. 2nd - The compelling emotion of the first picture makes this a winner. 3rd - The arrest man covered in dirt tells an intriguing story of the event.
