Judges Comments

The standout photos showed the photographer understood the assignment. First Place - Great job of understanding the assignment and finding a real moment to illustrate the story. Good light and good movement in the photo. Second Place - Great framing. We like that the photographer shot from the perspective of the porch with a wide angle lens, at a porch festival, instead of looking at it with a long lens. Third Place - Again, nice framing and leading lines, and good understanding of the assignment.
