Judges Comments

We were drawn to the photos that showed the photographer had worked with his subject, rather than getting a moment at an event. First Place - The stark light and great body language made this picture pop. Second Place - We loved the control of light and subject the photographer obviously had, and the expression of the subject was nice. It had a magazine quality. Third Place - Again, the control of subjects and light made this work. Good consistent pictures, but we have seen this done several times recently.
