First place - Accident with injury - Great human emotion, taken from an interesting angle that helps give depth to what’s going on behind the helpless woman. Second place - Mid city fire - Nice use of light and silhouette with the smoke from the fire, makes a nice image. Third place - jammed up - nice use of the high up angle shows the traffic jam caused by an accident in the foreground, giving it some depth as opposed to just a crash photo.
