Judges Comments
First place was a great photo. We have all had to photograph a similar assignment, but we have never gotten a photo this nice. Glad they didn't shoot the obvious picture of him speaking or shaking hands. Second place was a solid picture from a homeless count. We liked the framing of the photo, where you only see the face of the homeless man.
